We partner with businesses with strong fundamentals, loyal customers, and committed leadership, leveraging our resources and strategic support to help them grow.

Collaborative Partnership Approach

Each investment is approached through close collaboration alongside leadership teams – whether we hold control or shared-control positions – to accelerate growth while preserving what already works. Importantly, we make investments at our discretion, so when we reach a deal, we are able to move swiftly. We expect to allocate $40-100mm+ of equity per platform inclusive of co-invest over the life of a partnership.

We support founder and owner transitions by empowering existing teams or thoughtfully recruiting new talent through our network. We are excited to partner with leaders who have built great businesses and to help drive the next phase of growth, while honoring and preserving the legacy they have created.

Our Leadership

Isaac Harrouche and Mike Berlin began their careers together in the bullpen at Blackstone, marking the beginning of a decade-long friendship. In 2025, they united to launch 154 Partners, an investment firm created to work directly with founders and owner-operators to help them achieve their goals.
